Secretary & Webmaster
Amanda Braziel-Holleman
Amanda, a public school educator of 20 years and a Youth Educator for the City of Austin's Watershed Protection Department, fell in love with the Spanish Peaks area years ago while taking the long way back home to Austin, Texas after visiting family in Avon, Colorado. She and her husband, Billy, who couldn't resist the call of the mountains, purchased their home in Cuchara in July 2020. Amanda can be found enjoying the great outdoors with her husband, 2 rescued mini-Aussies, and 2 teenage sons. She enjoys hiking, exploring native flora and fauna, stargazing, snowshoeing, cycling (and recycling), xeriscape gardening, relaxing by the river, and volunteering with The Cuchara Foundation.
